Dr. Hashem is a dedicated family physician with extensive international experience practicing medicine since 1996. His focus has been Evidence-Based Family Medicine practice in Canada. He has continued to provide proactive, comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including performing minor in-office surgical procedures. He holds a special interest in managing complex care patients and strongly believes in the "Medical Home" concept to ensure continuous and coordinated care. Fluent in English, Bengali, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic, Dr. Hashem is currently accepting new patients, and his practice remains open for walk-ins throughout the day.
Dr. Hashem holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). He continually updates his medical knowledge to provide the most current, evidence-based treatments available in family practice.
